Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily restaurant floor operations
- Manage and guide waiters and service staff
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service
- Take and manage customer orders when required
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams for smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
