Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and versatile Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle a mix of ground market sales, product selling via video calls, bank-related coordination, and daily back-office operations. If you have excellent communication skills and can comfortably manage both field and office tasks, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Call Product Selling: Connect with clients/parties over video calls to showcase products, give live demonstrations, explain features, and close sales.
• Sales & Market Work: Explore new markets, identify potential business opportunities, visit clients on-field, and build strong professional relationships to drive sales.
• Bank Related Work: Handle day-to-day banking activities, including document submission, cheque deposits, passbook updates, and managing financial paperwork.
• Back Office Operations: Manage routine administrative tasks, maintain accurate customer records, handle data entry, prepare invoices, and follow up with parties via emails or messages.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales or back-office roles (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome).
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and possessing basic conversational English skills, with high confidence in speaking to clients on video calls.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using smartphones, video calling apps (WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet), and basic computer tools (MS Excel, Word).
• Traits: High level of integrity, reliability, and responsibility to handle banking and confidential company data.
