Role Summary

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, budget compliance, and effective coordination between Project Engineers, site teams, and management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise multiple projects through Project Engineers and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
• Resolve technical and execution-related challenges.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, accounts, and management teams.
• Mentor Project Engineers and improve team performance and accountability.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings when required.
• Review project reports and provide regular updates to management.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction project execution.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, project planning, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely project completion.
