Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (TA)

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (0–3 years)
Industry: Recruitment / HR Consultancy
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end Talent Acquisition process handle karna (sourcing to joining).
Client se job requirement samajhna aur JD finalize karna.
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media aur internal database se candidate sourcing.
Resume screening aur shortlisting as per role.
Initial HR screening aur candidate assessment.
Interview scheduling and coordination with candidates & clients.
Follow-up for feedback, offer acceptance, and joining.
Daily / weekly recruitment tracker maintain karna in Excel.
Candidate pipeline aur database management.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic understanding of IT / Non-IT hiring (Training provided to freshers).
Convincing & negotiation skills.
MS Excel, email & job portals ka basic knowledge.
Target oriented & time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
Salary: As per experience + Incentives
