About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Political Consulting team as Political

Field Managers. This is a permanent full-time position where you will be responsible for gathering ground intelligence, conducting field research, managing on-ground operations, and collecting actionable insights across Maharashtra. The role involves field travel and close coordination with the project team to support research, campaign planning, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities.

• Gather on-ground intelligence and prepare structured field reports
• Coordinate and manage field operation.
• Conduct field visits to collect local insights and observations.
• Share daily updates and reports with the reporting manager.
• Support the execution of political campaigns and research activities.

Eligibility

• Graduation completed or pursuing graduation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in politics, elections, and current affairs.
