Assistant Manager Stores
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Able to Lead team of 8+ Officers and 100+ Manpower ,Establishing efficient manufacturing systems and technologies for superior competitive advantages.
Responsible for driving operational cost reduction initiatives and establishing new product process technologies.
Enhancing plant productivity by focusing on key performance indicators of manufacturing operations.Involved in facilitating Lean Production System.
Handling internal and statutory audits.Managing QA process and ensure that Quality objectives are achieved, developing action plans for resolution of customer complaints with timely follow-up and reporting.
Deploying industry best practices and achieving improved operating efficiency by using tools like poke-yoke, TPM, KAIZEN, etc
