Job Description – CCTV Control Room Operator

Company: HIKE Automation Private Limited

Project: DFCCIL Ambala Control Room

Location: Ambala, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time (24×7 Shift Basis)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV cameras and VMS systems continuously from the control room.

Identify and report security, safety, and operational incidents.

Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover records.

Retrieve and share CCTV footage as per authorized requirements.

Coordinate with field staff and follow escalation procedures.

Report CCTV system faults and support smooth operation of surveillance systems.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 10+2 pass; Diploma/Certification in CCTV, Electronics, IT, or Networking preferred.

1–2 years of experience in CCTV/Control Room operations preferred.

Basic knowledge of computers and CCTV software.

Skills Required:

Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality of surveillance data.
