Job Description
Key responsibilities include checking site measurements, preparing client/subcontractor bills, analyzing rates, tracking project costs against budgets, and preparing bar bending schedules.
Billing : Preparation and certification of Client and Subcontractor RA bills (monthly). Thorough verification of Measurement Books (MB). Ensuring billing accuracy regarding civil, interior, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and firefighting works.
Site Engineering : Conducting site visits for physical verification of work done. Ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (for drawing study), MS Office (Excel for billing), and ERP software (like SAP).
