Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth production activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring workplace safety.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and safety practices.
• Train and guide factory workers on operational procedures and workplace discipline.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• RequirementsDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in factory operations, production supervision, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Ability to handle manpower and coordinate with different departments.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining reports and production records.
