Sales & Marketing Engineer

As a Sales and Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role combines strategic marketing, consultative selling, and customer engagement to position our products as the preferred choice in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial fabrication and process equipment markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and quotations in collaboration with the technical team.
• Drive sales targets through effective negotiation, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Contribute to marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and digital outreach.

Desired Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
• 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development within industrial equipment, fabrication, or engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial process equipment and fabrication technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
