Operations Analyst - Customer service

| 1 | High Productivity of Term Sheet Processing within the TAT | Supporting to Branches and Internal Customers, High no of the Term Sheet Checking is required for all the time within the TAT |
| 2 | Timely and Error free Disbursement Process | Ensure adherence to process complainces, Error free disbursement process is requird for all the time |
| Part B - 50% Honest Actions | ||
| 1 | Ensure reverting to each Term Sheet Query within 3 Hours from the time of TS uploading on XMS | Improve in the TAT at Branch and market level, CPC is helping out to generate the TS Query every within 3 Hrs from the time of TS upload on XMS |
| 2 | Aherence on the Process and compliances | Ensure throughly a complete konwledlge in the TS checking and Disbursement Process |
| 3 | Improve the knowledge in other activity and absence of the Team Member, Multi skilling is helping out with error free productivity. | High productivity and Error free disbursement process |
| 4 | Suggestion / Brain storm studies help to improve the simplification of the Process and quality of Disbursement | Motivation among the Team Member and High confidence in the Disbursement |
