Operations Analyst - IB Disbursement
| Actionable |
| Consistency in delivering the MOD loan disbursement within TAT . |
| Ensure to process all MOD account opening and CA account opening within TAT |
| No operational errors on disbursement and account opening process |
| Resolve under query cases, with rigor follow up with branches |
| Maintaining good rapport with business and other stake holders and ensuring nil escalation |
| MOD renewal and Closure to be done within TAT |
| Co-ordination with partners for insurance payment and other process, Fee income booking |
| Ensure nil Operational Loss and cost saving |
