| Actionable |
| Consistency in delivering the BB loan disbursement within TAT . |
| Ensure to process all insurance partners payment on time for COI process and sharing loader file on time |
| No operational errors on disbursement and payment process |
| Resolve under query cases, with rigor follow up with branches |
| Maintaining good rapport with business and other stake holders and ensuring nil escalation |
| Top up / Normal Closure within TAT to be closed |
| Co-ordination with partners for insurance claim process |
| Ensure nil Operational Loss |
| To Support team member based on the volume |
