face to Face Interview in Kesurdi MIDC for candidates with in 100KM of Plant at MIDC and virtual MS Teams interview for canidates from other states. No relocation or accommodation facility for outstation candidates

• Role: Diploma Engineer Trainee - Production
• Location: Kesurdi, near Pune, Maharashtra
• 6 days week working, Rotation shift and Free transport and one time food
• Requirements: Diploma in Chemical Engineering (typically 0 to 2 years of relevant experience).
• Job Duties: Operating and monitoring fermentation, separation, and molasses sections; handling manpower; ensuring equipment/facility cleanliness; and performing tests as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Offer:

• Diploma Freshers – In-hand stipend after canteen deduction: Rs. 15,200 per month

• Diploma candidates with 1–2 years of experience – In-hand stipend after canteen deduction: Rs. 21,200 per month

• Additionally Rs. 1,500 PF contribution directly deposited into bank account

Interview Process:

• Face-to-face interview at Kesurdi MIDC for candidates within 150 km

• Outstation candidates can attend via MS Teams video call
