Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Professional to promote our multispeciality clinic and diagnostic services. In this role, you will build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, local communities, and referring physicians. Your primary goal will be to increase footfall, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth for both clinical and diagnostic segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Doctor Referral Network: Build and maintain strong relationships with local general practitioners, consultants, and clinics to increase patient referrals.
• Corporate Tie-ups: Pitch and secure corporate wellness packages, pre-employment health checks, and annual medical camps with local businesses.
• Community Outreach: Organize health camps, awareness seminars, and community events to promote clinical and diagnostic services.
• B2B Field Marketing: Visit residential societies, pharmacies, and nursing homes to promote specialized health packages.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, services, and marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, track referral data, and present performance metrics to the management team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA/MHA is a plus).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, specifically for hospitals, diagnostic labs, or multispeciality clinics.
• Network: Existing network and strong rapport with local doctors and corporate HR departments.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and valid driving license for regular field visits.
• Language: Fluency in Bengali.
