Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Voice & Chat

Location: Work From Home

Process: Customer Support (50% Voice | 50% Chat)

Job Description: We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the Customer SUPPORT (CD) Process. The role involves handling customer queries through both voice and chat support channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesResolve customer queries via voice and chat support.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Meet process productivity and quality targets.
  • Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Good command of English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
  • Communication skill level: V5 or above preferred.
  • Candidates must have their own Laptop/Desktop and Wi-Fi connection.
  • System RequirementsIntel Core i3 processor or above
  • Minimum 4 GB RAM
  • Stable broadband internet connection

Salary & BenefitsFreshers

  • CTC: ₹19,000/month
  • In-hand Salary: ₹15,410/month
  • Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929

Experienced Candidates
