Job Description
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
Guide customers in selecting diamond jewellery based on design, quality, certification, and budget.
Explain the 4Cs of diamonds (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat) and educate customers on product features.
Demonstrate and present jewellery professionally to enhance the customer experience.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate product knowledge, including pricing, offers, and new collections.
Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery.
Assist with inventory checks, stock management, and showroom merchandising.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
Follow company policies regarding billing, documentation, and security procedures.
