Job Description
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash, card, or digital)
Provide friendly, attentive, and prompt customer service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, seating area, and equipment
Ensure proper presentation of beverages and food items
Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as needed
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
