Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Behaviour Change Communication (BCC/SBCC) strategies and implementation plans.
- Design IEC campaigns, community outreach activities, and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Conduct community consultations, FGDs, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Identify behavioural barriers and recommend evidence-based interventions.
- Develop communication materials, messaging, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with government departments, ULB officials, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
- EligibilityMaster's Degree in Social Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, Development Studies, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Behaviour Change Communication (BCC/SBCC), IEC, community mobilization, or social development projects.
- Experience working with Government, World Bank, ADB, or other donor-funded projects will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.
