Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:

• Build genuine conversations with prospects.
• Qualify leads by understanding their goals and challenges.
• Follow proven outreach scripts and appointment-setting frameworks.
• Handle common objections professionally.
• Book qualified discovery calls through Calendly.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear outcome is achieved.
• Maintain accurate lead records in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Meet daily outreach and appointment booking targets.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent written English communication skills.
• Is confident chatting with people online.
• Is comfortable using Instagram, Google Sheets and basic online tools.
• Is disciplined, consistent and highly organized.
• Can work independently without constant supervision.
• Is eager to learn sales, psychology and relationship building.
• Can follow SOPs and scripts while still sounding natural.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys speaking with people.
