Job Description

A flight attendant (or cabin crew member) ensures passenger safety and comfort by conducting pre-flight safety checks, demonstrating emergency procedures, and managing in-flight service.
Core Responsibilities
- Safety & Security: Conduct pre-flight checks, demonstrate safety equipment, ensure cabin security before takeoff/landing, and manage emergency evacuations.
- Customer Service: Greet passengers, assist with seating and baggage, and serve meals/beverages.
- In-flight Management: Respond to passenger needs, handle cabin service, and manage unruly behavior.
- Medical Assistance: Administer first aid and manage medical situations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with airline policies and aviation regulations.
- Reporting: Submit reports regarding cabin safety or security incidents.
