Role Overview:

We are hiring Café Managers for reputed café and coffee brands. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing café operations, handling teams, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates with coffee industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day café operations smoothly

* Manage and supervise café staff and shift activities

* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

* Maintain hygiene, food safety, and brand standards

* Monitor inventory, stock control, and wastage management

* Achieve sales targets and improve store performance

* Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports

* Train and motivate team members for better productivity

* Ensure proper coffee preparation and beverage quality standards

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Mandatory Requirements:

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Must have experience in coffee-based brands or café operations

* Ability to manage team performance and customer engagement

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends

* Basic understanding of sales, inventory, and operational reporting
