Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic CRM Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service to improve conversions, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Resolve customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Follow up on abandoned carts and convert them into successful orders.
  • Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with the team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent post-purchase experience.
