Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and provide support through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads from existing and new customer databases.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for travel-related requirements, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM and Excel.
  • Assist the sales and operations teams with client coordination, documentation, and service delivery.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain a high level of service quality.
