Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, kitchen equipment, cutlery, and utensils.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage rooms.
  • Segregate and dispose of waste as per hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ensure adequate availability of clean crockery and kitchen equipment during operations.
  • Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and preparation activities whenever required.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations.
