Job Description
Job DescriptionPanjab Jewelry is hiring for its B2C brand Yuvora — India’s first dedicated gold & lab-diamond nose jewellery brand, focused on delivering modern, everyday-wear designs through a seamless online shopping experience.
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who will manage website operations, product listings, and online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of website and marketplaces
• Upload and update product listings (title, description, images, pricing)
• Ensure product data accuracy and proper categorization
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics team
• Process orders, generate shipping labels & invoices
• Track shipments and manage returns/refunds
• Coordinate with team for product and stock updates
• Handle basic customer queries
• Monitor website performance, orders, and customer journey.
• Maintain reports for sales, orders, and inventory
Requirements:
• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a similar role
• Basic understanding of Shopify or any e-commerce platform
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Good communication and coordination skills
