Job Title: Field Surveyor
Location: Amritsar, Punjab
Job Description:
The role involves conducting structured app‑based surveys using a smartphone with internet access.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys through the mobile app
- Submit accurate data on time
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets
- Maintain professionalism and data confidentiality
- Report field progress to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Smartphone with reliable internet
- Ability to use mobile apps
- Good communication & field readiness
- Basic data‑entry skills
- Survey/field experience preferred
Salary:
- ₹16,500/month (MPQ-based) + Incentives for extra work
- Trainee role with 9–11 months probation
- MPQ = Minimum Product Quantity (quality & quantity-linked pay)
After Probation:
- Regular salary with PF & ESI benefits
