Quality Supervisor

 Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation. • Identify and report non-conforming products. • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and SOPs. • Maintain calibration status of measuring instruments. • Coordinate with Production and Stores departments regarding quality issues. • Support internal and external quality audits. • Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the quality laboratory and inspection area. • Follow all safety and quality management system requirements. Required Skills • Basic understanding of plastic manufacturing processes. • Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Measuring Tape. • Ability to read engineering drawings and product specifications. • Good observation and analytical skills. • Basic computer proficiency in MS Office. • Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Knowledge Knowledge of quality testing related to plastic products such as: • HDPE Pipes • PVC Pipes • SWR Pipes • Water Tanks
