Job Description
We are looking for a smart, professional, and guest-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Cape House.
Position: Receptionist
Location: Cape House, Amritsar
Responsibilities: • Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out
• Handling reservations and guest inquiries
• Managing phone calls, emails, and bookings
• Coordinating with housekeeping and operations teams
• Ensuring an exceptional guest experience
Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
• Prior experience in hospitality is preferred
• Ability to work in shifts
