Job Description
We are hiring motivated and hardworking Recovery Agents for Part-Time and Full-Time field roles. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on pending payments, and maintaining positive communication with clients on behalf of the company. Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
Responsibilities:
Visit customers for payment collection and recovery follow-ups
Maintain proper records of visits and collections
Coordinate with the team and submit daily reports
Handle customers professionally and politely
Achieve monthly recovery targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (+2)
Bike & Valid Driving License Required
Good communication and field handling skills
DRA & Non-DRA both can apply
Freshers are also welcome
