Job Description
Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and benefits to customers.
Assist customers in product selection and decision-making.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
Arrange and replenish stock on shelves/racks.
Check product availability and coordinate with the store team for stock requirements.
Support billing and payment processes when required.
Maintain accurate product information and price tags.
Inform customers about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
Build good relationships with regular customers.
Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
Assist during stock counting and inventory checks.
