**Job Title:** Store Helper
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Store Helper to join our team at Zara shoemart . The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Store Helper, you will assist in maintaining the store's overall appearance, support sales staff, and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Assistance:** Greet customers warmly and assist them with locating products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
- **Stock Management:** Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise. Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and clean.
- **Store Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking restrooms and fitting rooms.
- **Sales Support:** Help sales staff with customer transactions, bagging items, and managing returns or exchanges as needed.
- **Inventory Control:** Assist in conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to the management team.
- **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
- **Other Duties:** Perform additional tasks as assigned by store management to support overall store operations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, and stand for extended periods.
