Branch In Charge

Responsible for overall branch operations of the Kellogg's division, including manpower management, inventory control, distributor coordination, order fulfillment, customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Branch In Charge will monitor sales and distribution activities, maintain compliance with company policies, achieve operational targets, and ensure timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and team performance.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of Kellogg's products.
• Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with distributors, customers, and sales teams.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS.
• Maintain branch profitability, compliance, and process adherence.
• Handle manpower planning, attendance, and productivity.
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred

Experience: 3–8 years in FMCG distribution, warehouse, logistics, or branch operations management.

Skills Required: Leadership, team management, inventory control, MS Excel, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
