Job Description

Position: HR Executive

Location: Angamaly, Kochi

Experience: 1–2 Years

Industry Preference: Food Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Language - Hindi Mandatory

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, statutory HR documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Candidates residing in Angamaly or nearby locations will be given preference.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
