Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Target Achievement: Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement targets and login targets.
- Portfolio Growth: Expanding the local client base and increasing market share in the assigned territory.
- Cross-Selling: Pitching additional financial products like life insurance, credit cards, or top-up loans to existing borrowers. [1, 2, 3]
- Lead Sourcing: Generating quality leads through field visits, cold calling, and local area mapping.
- Channel Partner Management: Building and nurturing networks with real estate agents, builders, and Direct Selling Associates (DSAs) to secure referral business.
- Lead Conversion Ratio: Maintaining a healthy ratio of leads converted into logged-in files and subsequently disbursed loans. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- File Login & Processing: Collecting and verifying necessary KYC, income, and property documents. [1, 2]
- Customer Assessment: Visiting the customer's residence and business place to assess their repayment capacity and evaluate creditworthiness. [1]
- TAT (Turn Around Time): Ensuring the time taken from the initial application to final loan approval and disbursement remains as short as possible. [1, 2]
- Know Your Customer (KYC): Adhering to strict regulatory and compliance norms set by banking authorities.
- Audit Clearness: Ensuring all files and submitted documents are 100% compliant with internal audit policies to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
