Job Description
- Key Responsibilities-Supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout construction.
- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills as per completed work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage material requirements, consumption, and inventory at the site.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
- Monitor labor productivity and optimize resource utilization.
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide technical support.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
- Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, IS codes, and quality standards.
- Technical Skills -
- AutoCAD
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- MS Project or Primavera (preferred)
- Quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
- Billing and measurement verification
- Reading structural and architectural drawings
- Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC)
- Soft SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills
