Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and result-driven Loan Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential customers in the market and assisting them in securing loans. The candidate will manage the entire process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit market areas to find and approach potential customers
- Generate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.
- Explain loan products and guide customers accordingly
- Collect and verify required documents
- Assist customers in completing loan applications
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approval
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to do field work
- Basic knowledge of loan products (preferred)
- Target-oriented attitude
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
