Job SummarySadbhav Renewable Limited is looking for energetic and responsible Solar Site Supervisors / Site Incharges to manage and supervise solar power project installations across Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing complete project execution, including civil, structural, electrical, and solar installation activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plant installations.
• Manage and coordinate installation teams, technicians, and subcontractors at site.
• Monitor civil, structural, and electrical works as per project requirements.
• Ensure proper installation of module mounting structures, solar panels, inverters, and electrical equipment.
• Maintain daily progress reports and update management regularly.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Verify material receipt, consumption, and site inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Identify site challenges and take corrective actions to avoid project delays.
• Support testing, commissioning, synchronization, and project handover activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline and quality standards.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, Civil, or Site Supervision.
• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred).
• Ability to handle manpower and site operations independently.
• Basic knowledge of solar installation, electrical work, and civil activities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Chhattisgarh.
• Petrol/Fuel reimbursement as per company policy.
