Job Summary
- Manage daily showroom operations smoothly
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Lead and supervise sales staff effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service experience
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally
- Monitor stock availability and product display
- Conduct staff training and performance reviews
- Maintain showroom discipline, grooming, and cleanliness
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management
- Build customer relationships for repeat business
- Promote gold, diamond, silver, and bridal collections
- Ensure billing accuracy and operational efficiency
