Job description:
- Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery needs and preferences
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections effectively
- Explain product details such as purity, weight, pricing, certifications, and making charges
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of jewellery counters
- Coordinate with inventory staff for stock availability and updates
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales services (resizing, repairs, exchanges)
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and promotions
