Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Transaction Handling: Performing daily cash and non-cash banking transactions with speed and accuracy.
- Customer Service: Providing general banking information, resolving customer queries promptly, and ensuring a positive, professional experience to foster loyalty.
- Operational Support: Assisting with branch operations, which may include tasks related to gold loan processing, disbursement processes, and verifying loan reports.
- Sales & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell other banking products and services.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Maintaining high standards of accuracy in all processes and ensuring compliance with banking procedures
Locations - Asansol, Swarup Nagar, Katwa-Branch, Malda, Agartala, Rangia, Tatimara, Briddhapara, Howrah Maidan, Shyambazar-Branch.
