Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Factory Manager

Job Summary:

The Packing Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring packing machines in the bread manufacturing process. The role includes supervising packing activities, ensuring smooth machine operation, handling minor technical faults, and supporting machine maintenance and breakdown resolution to ensure uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Bread and Bun packing machines efficiently.
• Ensure proper packing quality and production output as per standards.
• Supervise packing line workers and coordinate daily packing activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor technical faults in packing machines.
• Attend machine breakdowns and coordinate repair work to minimize downtime.
• Carry out routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and preventive checks.
• Ensure proper machine settings, sealing, coding, and packaging quality.
• Maintain production and machine operation records.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge of packing machines.
• Experience in machine operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine faults and breakdowns.
• Team supervision and coordination skills.
• Experience in bakery, food, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred.

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in packing machine operation, preferably in bakery or food manufacturing.

कार्य का सारांश (Job Summary):

पैकिंग ऑपरेटर का मुख्य कार्य ब्रेड और बन पैकिंग मशीन को चलाना और उसकी निगरानी करना होगा। इस पद पर कार्यरत व्यक्ति पैकिंग कार्य की देखरेख करेगा, मशीन को सही तरीके से चलाएगा, छोटी-मोटी तकनीकी खराबियों को ठीक करेगा तथा मशीन की रिपेयर और मेंटेनेंस में सहयोग करेगा ताकि उत्पादन बिना रुकावट चलता रहे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• ब्रेड और बन पैकिंग मशीन को सही तरीके से चलाना और निगरानी करना।
• कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार अच्छी पैकिंग गुणवत्ता और उत्पादन सुनिश्चित करना।
• पैकिंग लाइन में काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों की निगरानी और समन्वय करना।
• मशीन में आने वाली छोटी तकनीकी खराबियों को पहचानना और ठीक करना।
• मशीन खराब होने (ब्रेकडाउन) की स्थिति में रिपेयर कार्य में सहयोग करना और काम जल्दी शुरू करवाना।
• मशीन की नियमित सफाई, देखभाल और प्रिवेंटिव मेंटेनेंस करना।
• मशीन की सही सेटिंग, सीलिंग, कोडिंग और पैकिंग गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना।
• उत्पादन और मशीन संचालन से संबंधित रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
• खाद्य सुरक्षा (Food Safety), स्वच्छता (Hygiene) और कार्यस्थल सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।
• प्रोडक्शन और मेंटेनेंस टीम के साथ मिलकर सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करना।

आवश्यक कौशल एवं योग्यता (Skills & Requirements):

• पैकिंग मशीन की बेसिक तकनीकी जानकारी।
• मशीन चलाने, रिपेयर और मेंटेनेंस का अनुभव।
• मशीन की खराबी और ब्रेकडाउन को समझने एवं ठीक करने की क्षमता।
• टीम की निगरानी और समन्वय करने की क्षमता।
• बेकरी, फूड, FMCG या मैन्युफैक्चरिंग इंडस्ट्री में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Qualification):

• ITI / डिप्लोमा / ग्रेजुएट (प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)
• पैकिंग मशीन संचालन में 2–5 वर्षों का अनुभव, विशेष रूप से बेकरी या फूड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग इंडस्ट्री में।
