Job Description
Hiring: Store Manager Cum Pizza Maker
Company: NY-21 New York Pizza
Location: Asansol
Position: Store Manager Cum Pizza Maker
Experience Required: Experienced candidates will be preferred. Selection will be based on previous work experience, skills, and performance during the interview.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the store, including:
Store Operations
* Managing daily store activities efficiently.
* Ensuring smooth opening and closing of the store.
* Maintaining proper stock levels and inventory records.
* Monitoring stock consumption and reporting shortages.
Inventory & Reporting
* Maintaining stock registers and inventory reports.
* Preparing daily sales and expense reports.
* Reporting inventory requirements to management.
* Ensuring proper storage of food and packaging materials.
Hygiene & Food Safety
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and store area.
* Ensuring all food preparation follows company SOPs.
* Monitoring staff hygiene and cleanliness practices.
Pizza Making & Food Production
* Preparing pizzas, garlic breads, sides, and other menu items as per company standards.
* Ensuring product quality, taste consistency, and presentation.
* Managing food preparation during peak hours.
Cash Counter & Billing
* Handling billing and cash transactions.
* Managing POS operations.
* Maintaining accurate cash records and daily cash closing reports.
Staff Management
* Supervising kitchen and service staff.
* Allocating daily duties and monitoring performance.
* Ensuring discipline, punctuality, and teamwork among employees.
* Training new staff as per company standards.
Duty Timing
11:30 AM to 11:30 PM
(Weekly off as per company policy.)
Requirements
* Experience in restaurant, QSR, pizza outlet, café, or food service industry preferred.
* Good leadership and team management skills.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting.
* Ability to handle pressure during rush hours.
* Responsible, honest, and disciplined attitude.
* Basic computer and billing software knowledge will be an advantage.
Salary
Salary will be offered as per market standards and candidate experience.
