Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive who can communicate with both new and existing students and guide them regarding our courses, test series, notes, ebooks, and membership plans.
The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince students and parents through calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities
- Call new and old students regularly
- Explain course details, benefits, pricing, and offers
- Promote online courses, test series, notes, ebooks, and memberships
- Follow up with interested students for admissions and renewals
- Handle student queries professionally
- Maintain student calling records and follow-up details
- Generate admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the academic and support team when required
- Send course details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Build good relationships with students and parents
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is a plus)
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Confidence in talking with students and parents
- Sales and convincing ability
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple calls daily
