Job Description: Sales Manager – 2 Wheeler Showroom

Position Title: Sales Manager – 2 Wheeler Showroom

Department: Sales

Location: Neamatpur, Rupnarayanpur, Disergarh and Asansol


Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving showroom sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations in the 2-wheeler showroom. The role includes team management, customer handling, inventory coordination, and execution of sales and marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for motorcycles/scooters.
  • Manage and supervise showroom sales executives.
  • Monitor customer inquiries, walk-ins, and lead conversions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom revenue.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and documentation processes.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Plan promotional campaigns, exchange offers, and local marketing activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and submit updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales.
  • Prior experience in team handling and target-based sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of finance schemes and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management software is an advantage.
