Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain books of accounts
- Manage sales and purchase invoices for wholesale and retail transactions
- Prepare GST invoices, E-way bills, and ensure GST compliance
- Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and outstanding payments
- Maintain records of stock purchases, fertilizer inventory, and supplier accounts
- Process vendor payments and follow up on customer receivables
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit documentation
- Coordinate with CA for GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Generate MIS reports and sales/account summaries as required by management
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Experience in GST billing and accounting software
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
