Relationship Manager - Retail

Target Achievement & Business Generation
    • Loan Sourcing Volume: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for login, sanction, and disbursement volume.
    • Value & Mix: Achieve target portfolio volume broken down by prime, affordable housing, or high-ticket mortgage products.
    • Fee Income: Generate revenue through processing fees, login fees, and cross-selling insurance or related financial products. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Channel & Market Development
    • Channel Expansion: Build and maintain networks with builders, real estate agents, developers, and direct-sales associates for lead generation.
    • Market Penetration: Identify new micro-markets, residential projects, and corporate accounts to pitch home loan schemes.
    • Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetings with key connectors to secure repeat and referral business. [1, 2, 3]

File Processing & Portfolio Quality
    • Initial Verification: Check customer documents for basic eligibility, KYC compliance, and income authenticity before login.
    • File Turnaround Time (TAT): Minimize time taken from lead generation to file login and final sanction coordination.
    • Credit Quality & Risk: Ensure low delinquency risk by vetting customer profiles accurately and adhering to bank lending policies. [1, 2, 3]

Customer Service & Reporting
    • Customer Satisfaction: Guide applicants clearly through interest rates, eligibility, and repayment terms.
    • Grievance Resolution: Address pre-disbursement and post-disbursement service issues promptly.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of pipeline, conversions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
