Job SummaryThe Branch Sales Manager is responsible for achieving student admission targets, leading the branch sales team, developing local marketing activities, building business relationships, and ensuring the overall growth of the TOPIQ Franchise Branch.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve the monthly and batch-wise student admission targets.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the branch sales team.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Build relationships with coaching classes, libraries, colleges and other student-focused organizations.
- Conduct parent counselling and admission guidance sessions.
- Generate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor daily enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with Tele-sales Executives and Reception Executive.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate admission records and CRM data.
- Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction.
- Represent the TOPIQ brand professionally at all times.

- Experience2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Coaching or Franchise Sales will be preferred.
