Branch Sales Manager

Balmitra Kids Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and responsible professionals for the positions of Branch Manager and HR Executive. Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills with the ability to manage branch operations and HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Manager

• Build and manage franchise/business partner network.
• Generate leads through field marketing and meetings.
• Develop business in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales and business growth targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and franchise partners.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports.

HR Executive

• Handle recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR reports.
• Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–5 years of experience in Branch Management, HR, Sales, or Administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
