ipshopy.com is a fast-growing ecommerce and quick commerce platform expanding across India. Along with ecommerce operations, we are also building
ipshipment.com, a courier aggregator and logistics platform similar to major shipping and logistics aggregators.
We are looking for smart, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Executives who can help us grow seller onboarding, logistics partnerships, courier business, franchise network, and ecommerce operations.
Job ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Quick Commerce Business• Onboard new sellers, retailers, distributors, and brands on ipshopy.com
• Develop partnerships with kirana stores, medical stores, and local businesses
• Expand quick commerce operations in target cities
• Coordinate with restaurants, hotels, and local vendors for delivery partnerships
• Increase daily active sellers and business leads
• Generate business growth through field visits, calls, and meetings
Courier Aggregator & Logistics Business (ipshipment.com)• Develop courier and logistics partnerships
• Acquire ecommerce shipping clients and business accounts
• Generate leads for courier aggregation services
• Coordinate with courier companies and logistics vendors
• Help improve operational growth of ipshipment.com
• Increase shipping volume and client acquisition
• Build B2B partnerships with ecommerce sellers and businesses
General Business Development Activities• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Follow up with potential clients and partners
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Maintain CRM and lead management reports
• Support marketing and business expansion activities
• Coordinate with operations and support teams
Required Skills• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Strong sales and convincing ability
• Knowledge of ecommerce, logistics, courier, or quick commerce industry preferred
• Ability to generate leads and close business deals
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Eligibility• Minimum Education: Diploma / Any Graduate
• MBA Marketing / Sales preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in ecommerce, logistics, courier, SaaS, or B2B sales is an advantage
