Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads & SEO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in paid advertising and search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads and SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs and optimize for conversions, ROAS and CPA.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Develop and execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO strategies.
• Perform website audits and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, SEO rankings, and digital marketing KPIs.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve website performance and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates and advertising platform changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 + years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Microsoft (Bing) Ads
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters and attribution models.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification.
• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Certification.
• Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
